The ballast that prevents us from flying

Dear friends,

after a long period in which I was forced, like so many of us, to work remotely, I finally had the opportunity to exercise my recreational and educational activity in the presence and it was a great satisfaction!

In fact, I recently conducted, in co-teaching with Gabriella Carello, VP Human Resources Director of ITT Motion Technologies, a large multinational company, a two-day experiential workshop on the theme of EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE. The combination of his excellent skills gained over many years, as a leader in reality of primary importance, and my emotional metaphorical contribution, generated an incredible charge among the participants, who had a deep & light experience of considerable impact (with all precautions anti covid of the case).

We had forgotten the beauty of physically acting together, of body language, of breathing together, of laughing heartily and crying with emotion.

We have re-learned that regeneration begins when we become aware of the ballast that prevents us from flying.
