LIGHTNESS

Its weight is enough for every day…. But we persist in carrying the weight of the past and future days as well. In so doing we drag ourselves painfully along a painful path.

Existential heaviness is a theme that I deal with in my WorkShows in which I involve the participants with original and fun performances that help to bring out the lightness we so much need from within ourselves (some images can be seen on my website) .

They are day-to-day visualizations that help a lot in unloading ballast and taking to the skies.

It is not enough to talk about lightness; it is necessary to experience it deeply to fix it in the cells, linking it to a joyful memory.

Often the intentions are good, but there is a lack of sufficient thrust to give our projects wings…. Watch this short clip that portrays a metaphorical gag of mine during an important event.
