What unites

What does Fercam, a large transport company from Bolzano, have to do with the City of Boys near Rome?

Apparently very little. But when you break through the wall and move the vital energies then the human being in his essence comes out.

This is the experience that is constantly renewed but always different. Those mentioned were two recent ones WorkShow which I conducted for very different audiences.

There is something precious that lies in the depths of everyone's heart and that trembles to be able to express itself. Let's give them this chance!

The positive experience made together becomes a reservoir to draw on to re-elaborate even negative events. This trains one soft skill very important these days: PROACTIVITY.
