A good Trainer must be able to catalyze, to excite, to make the cells of the body give a standing ovation! Live as in a daydream the emotion of a journey that projects us towards a great goal; celebrate together the joy of victory for its achievement.

The chaos produced by a state of non-coherence and brain-heart misalignment produces a condition of permanent stress and tension, usually unconscious. In this condition our relationships are strained, we are often tired, our health is not good and our morale goes up and down like on the roller coaster of the amusement park.

We know what joy is, because moments of joy happen to all of us. But precisely because it "happens", it is believed that it is something that happens without precise reasons. But those moments illuminate life, reveal its deep texture. For some they become so important that the need for change and transformation arises from them.

Our intelligence, although it has developed over a millenary evolution, still remains today, for a large part of humanity, at the service of the primitive mechanisms of the 3 P's: Fear, Pleasure, Power.

The art of conviviality passes first of all from a mental attitude of predisposition to the gift of self and empathy.
